Return envelopes are included in your monthly bill for your convenience. These payments are directed to HVUD's bank lockbox located in Birmingham, Ala.

Credit/Debit Card
Payments may be made by credit or debit card (Visa/Mastercard) over the phone. Call the HVUD office at 352-7076 during office hours.

Drop off your payment at one of our two convenient payment locations: 

Harpeth Valley Utilities District Office
5910 River Road (Off Charlotte Pike), Nashville
M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
 
Night deposit drop-off available at drive-thru after office hours.

Regions Bank, Bellevue Office
7114 Highway 70 S.
M-Th, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
F, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

NOTE: A service charge of $25 will be made for each trip to the premises for the purpose of disconnection or reconnection for failure to pay a bill when due.

NOTE: A $30 fee is to be charged for any check returned by a bank.
